2. What’s the delivery cost ?

3. How long does it take to complete your order ?

Preparing your order can take between 1-5 working days and it depends on the availability of the items you bought in our store. Our products fall into two categories; available straightaway which are sent within 24 hours of placing an order on a working day, and those that have a longer completion period which is specified for each product individually.


Apart from time required to prepare your order, it’s necessary to add time needed for delivery which can take between 3-5 working days depending on the delivery option.

 

4. Do you ship abroad ?

Yes. We ship to most countries. You can easily pay for your order with a credit card, bank transfer (EUR and other currencies), or via PayPal.

 

5. Does my delivery include a receipt or an invoice ?

Yes, every delivery always includes an invoice.

 

6. Is it possible to return items I ordered ?

Only products bought from TopFish store are under warranty.
